The close collaboration with some of the major Electric Motor Manufacturers in the world has allowed us to develop skills and technologies capable of providing our customers with precise, safe and reliable customized products. Each component is developed starting from the customer’s drawing, with shared procedures.
The rotor and stator packs finished to set heights for the EE industry are produced thanks to the high-speed presses and equipped with a computerized die management system.
Our technology enables us to create dies capable of blanking and interlocking laminations that vary in thickness from 0.2 to 1 mm.
The continuous monitoring of production, in accordance with the procedures defined by the Quality department, also allows to ensure conformity and traceability of the finished product.
